My Story

Like many on this path, I was drawn into the healing arts through my own need to heal. A highly-sensitive nervous system, chronic stress, and acute trauma left me with debilitating autoimmune conditions—challenges Western medicine could not address at their root and often made worse. As I grew into adulthood, these imbalances were compounded by the energy prevalent in our workplaces, social dialogue, and modern culture—a hyperactive, undernourished, and lonely landscape.

Yet within me there remained a quiet remembrance of joy, peace, and balance. So began a conscious journey of finding my way back home—a road that led me through diverse landscapes and transformed my suffering into deeper understanding of myself and my purpose. I came to understand that our healing and our journey of personal development are one and the same path.

Taking leave of corporate work, I began formal study of Ayurveda, yoga and energy healing, alongside life study of nature, food, art, modern science, mythos, symbolic sight, and energy management—each a language and lens for understanding the nature of our shared human experience. With the guidance of wise teachers and healers, I learned to skillfully nourish my body with fresh, whole foods, to honor my emotions, navigate healthy boundaries, and trace dysfunctional patterns to their roots. Slowly, I built an expanding set of tools to process stress, reconnect with joy, and foster peace.

As I healed, I began to see myself as part of nature’s rhythm—a microcosm of balance and co-creation. A stronger, centered, medication-free life emerged, rooted in simplicity, acceptance, and connection to love. Guided by this transformation, I knew it was time to share what I’ve learned with others. We are in this together, we are continuously evolving, and we can always use support. If my frequency resonates with you, perhaps there is a way we can work together.

With love,
Rachel

“I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you can see all kinds of things you can’t see from the center.”
