Intimate weekly class, focused on gentle hatha style asanas. Centering through reflection, breath, and meditation. Taking time to set up poses, focusing on alignment and breath. Themes related to yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and connection to nature and community. Grounding, relaxing, and connective.
Cost: $20/class or pay what you can. Option to receive recording.
