Intimate weekly class, focused on gentle hatha style asanas. Centering through reflection, breath, and meditation. Taking time to set up poses, focusing on alignment and breath. Themes related to yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, and connection to nature and community. Grounding, relaxing, and connective.

Cost: $20/class or pay what you can. Option to receive recording.

In this online webinar, we’ll delve into the fundamental principles of the ancient holistic healing system of Ayurveda, and explore practical strategies for bringing balance to your body and mind. Topics will include understanding your unique mind-body constitution, tips for easeful, joyful cooking, and considerations for supporting your body through seasonal transitions.
